Dr. Victoria Yampolsky

Dr. Victoria Yampolsky received her Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University. She obtained her Doctorate of Optometry at New England College of Optometry.

Upon graduation Dr. Yampolsky went on to complete an acclaimed, hospital based residency at the West Roxbury and Brockton VA medical centers, focusing on diagnoses and treatment of ocular disease. She provided emergency eye care for patients with ophthalmic injuries and infections. During the residency, Dr. Yampolsky presented at professional conferences and conducted eyecare related research.

As a staff optometrist at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, Dr. Yampolsky provided pre-operative and post-surgical care for patients with cataracts and glaucoma. After having her first child, she decided to join a smaller group practice closer to home. For six years, Dr. Victoria Yampolsky saw patients at the Center for Eye Health, focusing on complex contact lens fittings, refractive consultation, and comprehensive family eye care.

In 2008, Dr. Victoria Yampolsky decided to bring her experience and dedication to patients into her own family practice. At Premier Family Eyecare, Dr. Yampolsky will determine your precise prescription for glasses and contact lenses and perform comprehensive eye health evaluations. She has full therapeutic privileges to treat ocular disease. She will co-manage patients after surgical treatment of various eye disease and refractive surgeries such as LASIK.

Dr. Yampolsky has been involved in a number of philanthropic projects. She has traveled with V.O.S.H. (Volunteer Optometric Students for Humanities) to Yucatan, Mexico where thousands of residents with little or no healthcare were examined and fitted with glasses. Last year, Premier Family Eyecare sponsored two Premier Family Eyecare Science Scholarships that were awarded to graduates of Canton and Sharon High Schools. Dr. Victoria Yampolsky is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Massachusetts Optometric Association, and the Canton Business Association. She currently lives in Sharon with her husband and two children.
